Many people will consider only a Mac laptop, and with good reason: macOS is stable and easy to use, MacBooks integrate easily with the iPhone and iPad, and Macs come with the best support of any computer brand. But now isn’t the best time to buy one: If you have a Mac laptop from the past few years, the current models won’t perform substantially better; picking a new MacBook has never been more difficult; and we expect new models soon.
