FULL WORKOUT:
1. Weighted side step (crab walk)
2. Goblet squat pulses
3. Goblet squat & hold
4. Single leg RDL’s (15 seconds each side!)
5. Weighted step ups to high knees (the uglier the booty squeeze, the better! Don’t be afraid to let the cheese show)
6. Walking lunges to high knees
7. Bulgarian split squats (jumping lunges)
8. Jumping squats
9. Ice skaters
10. Toe touches

Do each exercise for 30 seconds before moving to the next one. Don’t rest until all exercises are complete, then rest for 2 minutes! Do 3 rounds total
