You crave connection – you desire intimacy – you look forward to sharing this important part of being human with someone that you love.
But you’re tired.
You’re just not feelin’ it!
It hasn’t always been this way. Sure, you’re getting older – but that doesn’t mean you should feel old!
In this video, I’m going to explain:
1. Electromagnetic radiation and how it may be affecting your sex life!
2. What happens when you are overexposed to EMFs
3. Role of both estrogen and testosterone with EMF’s
4. Four simple steps to help clean up your EMF exposure.
4 Simple Steps to Take Right now:
#1 – Get those electronics out of your bedroom! Since the greatest healing happens while we sleep – see my video on Why I Go To Bed at 7:30pm – and you spend nearly one-third of your life in your bed (that’s crazy!) the bedroom is one of – if not THE MOST important rooms to focus cleaning up.
#2 – Reposition Your Bed. Make sure your bed is not positioned to have your head near power outlets. Also be cautious of any AC magnetic fields below or next to you.
#3 – Keep Your Laptop OFF Your Lap. While the name is deceiving, it radiates harmful EMFs whether it’s connected to a power source or not. And if you do use it on your lap, check out the EMF protectors available to put under your device to protect yourself.
#4 – Get in touch with Nature. Grounding, or earthing helps promote better sleep, more energy, quicker healing, reduced aches, and discomforts. Plus, it’s been shown to normalize your stress hormone, cortisol.
