2 bunches of parsley
3 grapefruits (peeled)*
1 lemon (peeled)
Instructions: Juice the ingredients in the following order: 1 bunch parsley, 3 grapefruits, 1 lemon.
Cacao Brownie Recipe

1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp grass fed butter
1 & 1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup brown rice or gluten free flour
3/4 cup + 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp sea salt
Option: top with raw nuts of choice.
Combine all ingredients in a blender or use an electric mixture.
Pour into a brownie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool and then serve.
Socca Pizza Recipe

1 cup chickpea flour
1 cup water
¼ cup avocado oil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1 tsp salt and pepper
¼ tsp garlic
dairy free cheese
red pepper flakes
Anything you want!
Combine flour, water and avocado oil.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350 or cook on skillet.
Put back in the oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve and enjoy!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups Recipe

1 cup coconut oil
¼ cup 100% maple syrup
1 cup Superfood Cacao
1 jar natural peanut butter
Melt the coconut oil, maple syrup and superfood cacao together on low heat. Don’t heat it up too much, just enough to combine and be able to pour.
Pour a thin layer of the mixture into cupcake liners. This is the bottom layer of the peanut butter cup.
Place the cupcake pan in the freezer for ten minutes to let the bottom layer harden.
Spread peanut butter on top of the chocolate layer (no melting required).
Top it off with another layer of the melted chocolate mixture.
Put in the freezer until frozen.
